Shipping Process
Our shipping process is divided into 3 parts: Handling Time and Transit Time, and Total Delivery Time
1. Handling Time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
2. Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday – Friday).
3. Total delivery time: 9-18 business days

We offer free shipping on all orders within the Canada.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
The item has never been received.
Customers can contact us by email if they have never received the item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find out the status of the product.
Undelivered packages
Undelivered packages incur a fee for shipping and handling. Please note the storage period of seven days. Fees are charged thereafter. Unpaid charges are forwarded to a debt collection service.
Delivery delays
In the event of delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Extensive delays entitle you to cancel your purchase.
Changes to the delivery address
If you need to change the shipping address after the order has been shipped, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Please note that address changes may not always be possible, depending on the stage of delivery.
Incorrect address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs

Return & Refund
Introduction
At Fittnestt, we aim to ensure you are delighted with your purchases. We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected, so if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns Window
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Edits
If you would like to edit your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After the initial 12 hours we will not be able to edit your order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Lost parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will gladly replace it and ensure that your order reaches you, this is providing the correct address is selected at checkout. If you do not want the parcel replaced, we will have to wait 30 days before refunding the order if the parcel finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will check on your order regularly during the two weeks to track its progress and provide you with accurate information.
What is the restocking fee?
There is no restocking fee.

Refunds Window
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. However, if the item is damaged during transit, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.
